- Budgeting of superstructure works - We are able to provide cost estimates of certain trade packages for your new development, whether for budgeting purposes or as a cross-check against a price, or prices, already received.
- Procurement of subcontractors including tender analysis and reconciliation - We are able to fully analyse and reconcile tenders received for various trades for your new development, to ensure tenders have been priced in accordance with trade requirements.
